Currently employing a multi lingual team of approximately 400 personnel, EH&R serves over 100,000 guests every year in fourteen different languages. The company’s staff are trained to listen to customer needs and provide regular feedback to the management team. This feedback combines with evaluation reports, customer survey and social media monitoring to ensure that the company’s hospitality offering meets the highest standards possible.
